With the development of international industrial civilization and the standardization process of modern factories, advanced logistics equipment has shown its great role and is attracting people's attention.
Logistics equipment and its own characteristics and status are usually not well regarded in our country, and there are no perfect standards and good management experience to find, resulting in large differences in factoryization. The logistics equipment in some factories is backward, and the logistics equipment is varied, chaotic and shoddy, which not only affects the management, but also directly affects the production cost and product quality.
The more common logistics equipment on the warehousing service platform can be roughly divided into the following categories;
Logistics trolley, metal pallet, plastic pallet, wooden pallet, metal material box (mesh type material box, folding material box), shelf, station equipment, and special metal box, etc.
Therefore, in terms of the design and management of logistics equipment, we specifically mention the production and management methods of logistics equipment for reference only.
1. The equipment put into use should be used according to the regulations and operated in a civilized manner. If there is any quality problem, the maintenance should be notified in time to avoid unnecessary losses.
the
2. The appliance manufacturer is responsible for the normal use of the appliance, and implements paid services for appliances that are man-made or mechanically damaged.
the
3. Light and convenient forklifts (1.5t~2t) with short forks should be used as far as possible for forklift loading and unloading or stacking appliances (except for some large appliances), so as to reduce hard fork collisions caused by insufficient turning radius of forklifts or occlusion of sight. Absolutely prohibit the long-fork "piercing candied haws style" of several appliances with one fork and the phenomenon of damage to appliances such as traction without loosening the brakes, especially appliances with rubber wheels.
the
4. Appliances are generally not allowed to be transported with wheels, even with brakes, the transportation safety cannot be guaranteed.
the
5. Appliances with casters are generally not stacked to prevent damage to the casters (especially rubber wheels, nylon wheels are slightly stronger) when the forklift is shoveling. If damage is caused, paid services should be implemented.
the
6. The logistics equipment shall be regularly inspected for use, and the inspection form shall be filled out.
the
7. In order to improve the maintenance service, qualified OEMs should provide special maintenance sites and simple equipment such as welding, so as to facilitate the timely and rapid service of the staff.
